Recently, Times New Material Technology cooperated with Swancor to build TMT86A type wind blade successfully with Swancor EzCiclo recyclable thermosetting resin in Hunan. The blade is 86 meters long, and it is the first time to complete the trial production of Swancor EzCiclo large-blade blades. It is a significant milestone for Times New Material Technology and Swancor to develop innovative materials for wind blades.

     Chen Huang, the deputy director of the development center of the wind power business department of Times New Material Technology said, “Swancor EzCiclo is a new energy-saving, low-carbon and recyclable product, which increases the possibility of material reuse and recycling. Swancor has provided high-quality and reliable product to help Times New Material Technology provide customers with high-quality solutions and the cooperation between the two parties helps the wind power industry to reach a higher level in China.”

      Swancor EzCiclo can be applied to shell, shear web, and spar of wind blades. The wind turbine blade composite parts made of "EzCiclo" can be recycled and degraded via "CleaVER" technology in the end-of-life. The waste is turned into recycled fibers and oligomers, and the recycled fibers can be reused to made glass fiber or carbon fiber composites, the whole degradation and recycling process is simple and low-carbon emission, and the recovery rate of the FRP can reach ≥95%.
