SWANCOR HYVER, an advanced wind power infusion resin, was successfully applied at wind power farm located at Ningxia Taiyang Mountain for over 80 meters long wind blades.

SWANCOR HYVER is a free radical modified vacuum infusion epoxy resin, mainly used to produce shells, spars, shear webs, and tooling of wind turbine blade.


SWANCOR HYVER is a vacuum infusion resin specially developed for wind blades, including main agent, curing agent and initiator.


SWANCOR HYVER has a composite cross-linking system that introduces a free radical system the existing epoxy curing system to generate an interpenetrating network (INTERPENETRATING NETWORK), so that the material has both the toughness of epoxy system and rigidity of free radical system.


The benefits of SWANCOR HYVER are low cost, low carbon emission, excellent mechanical properties, and good process adaptability.


Using SWANCOR HYVER, it doesn’t need to change the existing epoxy system, producing lower carbon emissions in the supply chain and providing flexibility design for the wind turbine blades.


SWANCOR HYVER strives to improve the competitiveness of customers' products in the era of wind power parity and further reduces levelized cost of energy (LCOE).


In 2021, SWANCOR HYVER successfully accomplished the trial production of over 80 meters large- blades and applied in the wind power farm located at Ningxia Taiyang Mountain. 


The blades have been used for practical testing for 7 months since August 2021.
