Place of use:

Flue of desulfurization system in power plant.

Medium: flue gas containing sulfur dioxide and sulfur trioxide.

Temperature: low temperature part 60 ~ 100 ℃, high temperature part 100 ~ 150 ℃

Materials used:

Primer: Swancor 984-M (low temperature) Swancor 917 (high temperature)

Low temperature scale: Swancor 901-FLS

High temperature scale: Swancor 907-FLS

Top coat: Swancor 901 - FLSPW (low temperature) Swancor 907-FLSPW (high temperature)

Production method:

1. The surface of carbon steel is sandblasted to Sa21 / 2, and then roll coated with Swancor 984-M (or Swancor 917) primer.

2. Apply 2-3 layers of Swancor 901-FLS (or Swancor 907-FLS) with airless spraying equipment.

3. Spray one coat of Swancor 901-FLSPW (or Swancor 907-FLSPW) flake coating.

4. Through appearance, styrene sensitivity test, EDM and thickness detection.
